Of Dutch nationality, Kaja has been in partnership with Julie since 1992 when they joined forces to create one of the oldest real estate agents in the East Algarve. Kaja can converse in numerous languages & due to her vast experience in ‘everything & anything real estate’, you can be assured that you are in good hands. Joey, born and raised in Portugal, to Dutch parents is “the apple that didn’t fall far from the tree”. Walking in her mother's (Kaja) footsteps, Joey now has over 10 years experience in Real Estate.
Fluent in English, Dutch & Portuguese, Joey is our property lister & with her excellent knowledge of the market and creative thinking she will assist you in the preparation of your property. Joey will gently guide you through the process, ensuring that your HOME is in the best position to be presented to the market.

Living in Portugal since 2017, Lisa has extensive experience in client relations and this, coupled with her background in high level managerial support for the UK Royal Navy, ensures she is well-equipped to handle the needs of buyers and sellers. Lisa's focus on quality viewings, her understanding of local areas, and her enduring commitment in sharing her expertise means that she prioritises client satisfaction and efficiency.

Stephan joined the R&D team recently (September 2025), reinforcing the Listings Department. His extensive experience in sales — over 30 years across various sectors (including insurance) and especially in real estate (listings and sales) — together with his German language skills, brings new opportunities for R&D to serve both national and international clients even better.
Having lived in the Algarve for more than 25 years, Stephan also knows the region inside and out. His deep local knowledge, fluency in Portuguese, and strong network of contacts are valuable assets to the team.
